To make a return, enact an exchange or to receive a refund the product must be returned to us in unworn condition, undamaged and with original packaging. Please note that returns, exchanges and refunds can only be given within 30 days of purchase.
If you would like to return a product from within the US, please use the pre-postage-paid label inside your package or send your product for return or exchange to the address below.

The offering in our online concept store is produced in very limited quantities to ensure high levels of exclusivity, quality and desirability. Therefore, if you are planning to exchange one product for another you may want to contact us so that we may check current stock and reserve the replacement item for you. For orders shipping within the US, once the product is returned to us we shall ship your new product with no additional shipping & handling charges using our standard free shipping. For orders shipping outside the US shipping will be charged at UPS international shipping and internal handling rates. Exchanges are limited to availability of product requested including but not limited to back-ordered items. At any time, at its sole discretion and without notice À LA DISPOSITION may substitute a refund for an exchange.
Once the product is returned to us you shall be refunded the price of the product less any shipping and handling fees initially charged. Please allow fourteen (14) days for the refund to be issued. Please note that your credit card company may take additional time to have the refund post to your account.
À LA DISPOSITION ships its products via UPS. Standard free shipping is done by UPS Ground shipping. Expedited Shipping is available at extra shipping and handling charges. Most orders are fulfilled in 2 (two) business days.

At this time our standard free shipping is not available to customers outside the US. Shipping will be charged at UPS international shipping and internal handling rates.
Pricing is in US dollars. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payment which international credit card holders will be liable to pay.
Shipments to addresses outside the United States are generally subject to duties, taxes (such as VAT), and other charges, as determined by the local jurisdiction.
